Arnold Brock, also known as the Mandarin, is a powerful and influential terrorist figure, who serves as the leader of the Ten Rings, an international terrorist organization. His identity is currently unknown. Though many believed that the Mandarin was just a hoax invented by the scientist Aldrich Killian, the Mandarin is actually quite real and remains at large. He continues to remain in the shadows and waits for the time to reveal himself.
After resurfacing following the Battle of Earth, resulting Tony Stark's death and sacrifice to defeat Thanos from a different timeline, Brock decided it was time for the Ten Rings to gain the exact power over the world and summoned the Fin Fang Four. However, he would soon come into conflict with the resurrected Iron Man, along with Hulk, Rescue, the Young Avengers, and the Guardians of the Galaxy, resulting in his defeat.
