Clarissa is an Asgardian who once served as a handmaiden to Lady Sif. After Sif was banished, she was forced by King Odin, who was actually Loki in disguise. When Thor returned to Asgard after defeating Surtur, Clarissa had been providing drinks to Loki and was completely shocked when Loki was forced by Thor to reveal himself to everyone around him.
When Hela returned to Asgard to claim the throne, Clarissa sought refuge in a hidden underground sanctuary with the help of Heimdall and was among all the surviving citizens that were able to flee from Asgard's destruction. During the journey to Earth, Clarissa evacuated the ship and joined Thor's grand army to engage Thanos' forces in Wakanda. She survived the battle, but watched as half of her allies were killed by Thanos' snap.
